CircleTrust does not use a bill-upload or credits feature in the current platform model.

Member information is never shared with any third party without the member's explicit consent, except where required by applicable law.

When you intentionally request a service involving a community, merchant or service provider, the minimum information reasonably required to complete that request may be shared after an appropriate notice or consent step. We may also use carefully selected service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, messaging, security or technical support. Such providers are expected to process information only for the agreed service purpose and subject to appropriate safeguards.

CircleTrust uses reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal information. These may include mobile OTP verification, access controls, secure tokens, encrypted transport, activity logging and restricted administrative access.

No digital system can guarantee absolute security. Members should protect access to their mobile number and device and promptly report suspected misuse.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security records and enforce agreements. Information may be securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. You may also update notification preferences or withdraw a consent previously provided, although withdrawal may affect services that rely on that information.
